I had planned to use them with the 50% off dead for an upcoming trip.
I normally take product review with a grain of salt, but when their reviews are that bad I think it's a pass.
I regularly get charged more than the fair estimate on ola, hence have stopped using them.
Doesn't happen on taxify/bolt or uber.
Anyone else have this experience?
They estimate between 10-12 dollars for example but it's always very close to 12 dollars. This is my experience.
I get 10.50 and it ends up being 14. Yeah 3.50 difference, but that's a 30% error. They don't give a eff in customer service complaints, so stopped using them.
When do you enter the GOLD code? After you download app and already registered? Or is there a initial link?
When I entered the code as a new user through the app, it said the code 'GOLD' was invalid. Code 'WSW' worked fine though.
