So sick of Didi drivers not turning up. Multiple recent instances of drivers accepting and not turning up and ignoring contact. Assume waiting for me to cancel as they don't want the fare.
Absolutely the worst ride share service I've used. Drivers never turn up, prices change after ordering and support is terrible.
Hope these snakes go bust.
Agreed. Support is appalling. Seems like offshored support rubbish and very hard to get through to anyone.
what would you recommend? I haven’t used DiDi nor Uber - and am interested to try for my upcoming trip to Melb airport. I used to use 13cabs but my last booking was a nightmare.
I have used it twice to airport - they came in about 5 mins - no issues. Trip from Melb airport about 2-3 drivers accepted then cancelled, but eventually 10-15 mins later one accepted and showed up. Reason they cancel I understand is because they get a higher fare with uber on the way to us.
Support is actually non-existent, there was no way I could figure out how the hell to contact support.
I had to contact via Instagram DM when I had an issue.
Got 30% off. Thanks.
