  I am WARNING people who may consider Telstra new connection. I have been waiting 14 days transport my number to Telstra with 6 calls every 48 hours failed to received the code for transport number.
  Telstra workers claimed they are in same problem more than one month now.
  They refused to connect or refund my money (one year Boost deal)

    I have the same problem , unable to verify ID from “goverment data due to technical issues” for a month
