First sitewide sale for Germany in 2019. This deal is similar to the one that was run in 2018.

Maximum discount 30 € (~A$48.29). Redeemable once.

Note - eBay Germany account required. You will also need a browser that can translate German e.g. Chrome.

1) in a web browser, launch the link in the OP
2) watch this item
3) launch app and sign into your German account.
4) change the region to Germany
5) pick up the gift card from your watched list and checkout
6) apply promo code PMOBIL919.

    Opening an account is fine, but when I tried to enter the registered or delivery address, it prompts for phone contact info. Choosing an AU phone would switch you to eBay AU login. Do you guys enter a fake German landline?

        cc directly doesnt work. Tried many times.

        My paypal is suspended and require identity verification.

        Worse thing is, my cc number is tied to that suspended account, which means i cannot open a new paypal with that CC anymore.

        FML this is the lamest shit ever to save max $50.

          assuming you are an ebay plus member, just ring the hotline/start chat and sort it. you would receive priority support and be their valued customer (on ebay plus)
          I think the support line/chat is the best feature of ebay plus

            @[Deactivated]: This is a German eBay account. There is no eBay plus. Normally they can't help you with payment related enquiries anyways. They will just ask you to use a different payment method or fob you off to PayPal.

            PayPal will of course say there is no issues and ask you to try again.

    Thanks for finding the deal OP, but I'm guessing I'll again be unable to connect Paypal & it'll be as heartbreaking as the UK one.

    Wish Australia eBay would have similar deal, so I could get the gift cards 'legally'.

        They possibly meant 'legitimately'. In any case, this is basically a loophole being exploited.

        You can't get this deal on ebay Aus because they always exclude gift cards in the %off promos.

        Not to mention that we hardly get Sitewide discounts anymore to begin with…

        Perhaps we did get them legitimately a while back? but my brain can't remember beyond last month 😂

      If the "further 10% off" is an eBay Australia sale then yes (eg one of the many eBay sales every few days). On the other hand, you can't use an eBay AU gift card on eBay Germany if you were thinking of trying that.

    Seller has a limit of 5 in 10 days and whilst the eBay.de account will be different the PayPal account won't be…

      Source: someone who may have bought 20+ gift cards within an hour using the same PayPal account previously

    I need help with some GCs I purchased in December last year.

    I've somehow lost the email containing the codes, and ebay doesn't keep messages for more than 6 months. I try to contact the seller to ask them to resend the emails but they never respond. So I've paid for the GCs ($1000 worth) and I can't use them because I don't have the codes.

    I look up Paypal help, and it says you can contact them about Paypal Digital Gifts, but there is no way to actually contact them. They refer you to a self help guide before they let you contact them, but none of the topics covers PayPal Digital Gifts.

    I'm pretty much out of $1000. The bastards won't respond.

        I have tried that for the last 2 weeks. They just don't answer. And Paypal doesn't have any way to ask about them either.

        Other people have reported the same problems with them.

        There is a link to https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/getting-support-… to contact Paypal about them. But if you actually go to their link, they send you to a self help source with no relevant section.

        If you want to avoid calling the US (a number that puts you on hold for the entire day and no one answers you) you have to email them, but you don't get an email address. It directs you to self help and like I said, no way to ask about Digital Gifts seller.

          Sounds very similar to my case. The only way I was able to get the codes was to respond to the eBay transaction, i.e. from within eBay sale.

          They responded rather quickly and re-sent the codes.

            Mine is past the 90 days when you can still ask ebay for help. And ebay deletes all messages older than 6 months so they themselves probably have no record of the codes they sent me.

            They probably know there's nothing I can do about it now and are deliberately ignoring me.

          Try requesting your email provider for help to re-download the email back to your inbox if you know roughly when you received that email. I did that with yahoo mail, not sure about other ISP/web mails but worth a try though.

      If it is Yahoo mail, you can actually request them to be restored/download back to your inbox if you remember roughly when it was received. I did that with Yahoo mail but not sure about other ISP mail but worth to give it a try.

      SUCCEED FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!
      The trick is:
      1, Register an eBay UK account, add two addresses: one random UK address and one your real AU address(matches your PayPal account?)
      2, in eBay App, log in using eBay UK account, change location to UK manually
      3, add cards to cart, pay as paypal, go back
      4, switch primary address to AU real address
      5, back to cart, apply code and pay
      hope above helps!!!
      received all the cards while I was typing this!

      Last UK thread this was easy to follow just swap UK to DE .

    Then redeem ebay gift cards in account B to purchase $500 worth of WISH gift card using the code?
