First sitewide sale for Germany in 2019. This deal is similar to the one that was run in 2018.

Maximum discount 30 € (~A$48.29). Redeemable once.

Note - eBay Germany account required. You will also need a browser that can translate German e.g. Chrome.

1) in a web browser, launch the link in the OP
2) watch this item
3) launch app and sign into your German account.
4) change the region to Germany
5) pick up the gift card from your watched list and checkout
6) apply promo code PMOBIL919.

        yeah, if i’m in australia and having to buy from ebay germany, it’s probably a specializes item that doesn’t show up in a normal search in australia, then issue of does the seller ship to australia and how much is shipping ….

      Yes, just change the .com.au to .de.

      Also, click & collect won't work when using foreign ebay to purchase something in Australia. It will always want to slap on the postage. Find something that has free postage.

    I created a German account but it's asking me for an address when I go buy something, and putting an Australian address takes me to the login page for Australian ebay (I was already logged in to German ebay with my German account).

    Anybody have some insight on this?

      Just go to EBay.de and log in with your eBay Australia account credentials. You do not need to create a new EBay Germany account.

        I would be very surprised if you are able to use the eBay.de discount code after you login using your eBay Australia credentials.

        eBay tries to restrict discount codes only to people it assumes are residents of that country.

        I created my own eBay account on eBay USA. Then when I moved to Australia, I discovered that I couldn't use any Australian discount code. I had to call up eBay & tell them that I was now resident in Australia, and then they 'moved' my account from eBay USA to eBay Australia, and only then would eBay allow me to use Australian discount codes.

      Give PayPal a call, someone on the past deal said it was PayPal blocking it because you've never sent that much to an overseas eBay, must some sort of automatic protection

        i really don't know if thats gonna help and i save $50 as a maximum not really worth my while. If i knew it was gonna work i would probably call them but i reckon its just gonna be pointless. Also why would they give support for this, its a bit of a grey area. But i Appreciate the help!

            @profar: The amount of Hassel you have to go through is really not worth it. I spent hours last time and it still didn't work. So I don't even think saving 50 dollars is possible. Have to admit good deal but would argue the deal is targeted. So pass.

    I'm not able to buy it using Paypal, not sure why not but it says "Unfortunately, you can't pay with this option. Please select a different payment option.". Using my Australia eBay account I can pay by card it seems, but the german account I created I can't pay with card nor paypal, it says I need to use PayPal to buy gift cards.

    did not get all my gift cards (some delivered and some not) from the previous deal. have to raise a Paypal dispute to get funds refunded but ebay account was suspended shortly after. just wanted to warn everyone to be careful of the risks involved :)

      I have experience buying ebay gift cards from .uk.

      The gift card codes you get are not initially linked to any particular account.

      For ebay, if you use a gift card, then any remaining balance on it will be tied to that account. For example, you spend $50 from a $200 gift card, the rest of that $150 can only be used from that same account.

      So if you are creating multiple accounts to get around that $50 cap, it should be fine unless ebay flags your account for other reasons. You can use the cards on any other account.
