This is a long-term discount which is just a standard offer by this company.

Here's a note from the past deal:

NOTE: you must have a minimum of 3 cleans in exchange for the discount. If you cancel before your 3rd clean, then you are not really a weekly or fortnightly customer and will be charged a $100 early cancellation penalty. If you are not happy after your 3rd clean, then you can cancel for free.

Please stop posting the same offer and actually come up with something.

    Hello everyone, we would never charge a cancellation fee if you genuinely had a bad experience. It's not in our interests to rip people off. We just want to deter people from trying to take advantage of the deal.
