We offer big discounts for our loyal customers.

Clients who get their home cleaned weekly will get a 20% discount on their service, and those who get their home cleaned fortnightly will get a 10% discount.

The discounts are applied to each and every clean you have.

NOTE: you must have a minimum of 3 cleans in exchange for the discount. If you cancel before your 3rd clean, then you are not really a weekly or fortnightly customer and will be charged a $100 early cancellation penalty. If you are not happy after your 3rd clean, then you can cancel for free.

    Haha wow. So I have to take a risk on multiple cleans from a company with fake reviews to save a measly 10%, and if they suck they steal $100 to cancel. Terrible deal.

      Hello, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy we'll send the cleaners back to redo it for free. In addition, if you don't like the cleaner, we can allocate you a new one. We can't give people a discount for being a regular customer if they are not, in fact, a regular. Some people have tried to screw us over by signing up for a weekly clean to get the discount and then cancel because they actually only wanted one clean.

      By being upfront about the cancellation policy, we hope to prevent people from trying to take advantage of us. Most cleaning companies that offer this kind of recurring discount require you to sign up for a minimum of 12 cleans. In our opinion, if we can't make you happy in 3 cleans then we're the ones at fault, so we only have a minimum commitment of 3 cleans instead of 12.

      Lastly, our reviews are not fake. We don't have pictures of our clients - that would be WEIRD for a cleaning company - so we use stock images with the REAL reviews, which you can find on our Google My Business page.

        This is a good example of how a business can punish a customer before they've even committed to business.

        The loss from a 20% discounted clean is something your business needs to cop if they're not doing a good enough job to maintain customer loyalty.

        Why don't you just offer a 20% credit return after 3 cleans (as well as a 20% discount), instead of an arbitrary fee that just scares new customers away.

          If you tried to hit me with a $100 fine for cancelling I'm hitting the CC chargeback.

        • Thank you for your feedback! If the cancellation has to do with poor quality service then we usually just ask for the difference of the discount. The cancellation penalty is only really charged to people who try to take advantage of the discount :)
