@18: I'm open to better change, not worse change. Five gestures to serve the purpose of ONE button is not an objectively better change. That's complication for the sake of complication, and zero net gain.
Of course I walk. Can you drive inside a shopping mall? I drive when it makes sense, and walk when it doesn't. Walking inside a mall is an objectively better option than driving a car inside Coles. Driving 20km to work is objectively better than walking there. It's not that difficult to grasp.
In no scenario is swiping your finger across the entire screen faster than a single button press.
