First deal posted. Please be nice.
Ordered this yesterday at full price $42.99 but woke up this morning to find it on sale at 25% off. So cancelled the last order and placed a new one.

From reviews, seems like good value for the price. Lightning deal that ends in like 6 hours or something like that. Sorry, not sure how to post that expiry on Ozbargain.

Sorry, no idea how to put that the deal is 100% claimed except by editing the title.

  • Thanks.. picked one up

  • Good?

    • Still waiting for mine to come in but from the amazon reviews, seems quite good!

I ordered some the other day. For the price I found them good. Lots of good reviews online about them.

  • Ordered. Thank You!

  • Can anyone confirm if it's USB C… for charging?

    • It's not sadly, just micro b

  • 100% claimed. :(

    • +1

Sorry about that.. But thanks for the update.. Will adjust.

      • Says it's 62% claimed on mine though

        • +1

Mine as well, they must have added more stock.

  • Mic is terrible

    • do you have them? most reviews say it is fine indoors but not so good outside. I do not have them yet.

      • Don't believe all those reviews, I've been on the market for a budget Bluetooth headset to make phone calls and the mic on this is really bad. Any slight amount of background noise makes the mic sound unclear and echo. I've tried dudios X2, soundpeats true capsule + the new updated one. They all suck for calls but are quite nice for just listening to music if that's what you are after.
I ended up spending the money on a Plantronics Voyager 5200 ($180).

This one (TrueCapsule) mic is supposed to be the best and TrueEngines audio quality is supposed to be the best among the various Soundpeats offerings. So if you are saying mic is terrible, then :(

  • Don't suppose anyone has compared then to the TrueEngines? Specifically Bluetooth connection, I found the TrueEngines a bit flaky.

  • looks good for the price jumped on it stock was about 77% claimed when I bought 10 minutes ago

  • Purchased thanks OP

  • Just bought a pair, still available, but which ones are the true engine people refer to for better sound quality? Search doesn’t seem to return any trueengine.

These are great for the price. Been using mine for about three months now. I don't have a problem with the mic, as budget in-ear mics go it's pretty good.

  • They're still available so they may have added more stock, saying 91% claimed. I can't report it to be changed as I reported it earlier.

  • The Phantom has these and is a happy camper but only uses them for music (no phone action).

    Expired now.

  • got them today.

  • First impression:

Pro - good loud sound, solid connection, easy pairing.

Con - Don't think they have volume control? Skip track is a 2sec hold down which is kinda odd, but will get used to it.

    • Nope, no volume control.

      • New con: Having to rotate them every time you take out of case and put them back in.

        • +1

Yeah i know what you mean, but these things are sent to test us…

  • Got them and tested them for two days… when i am in a very busy area like the city in peak hour they cut out often, especially the left one.

if in normal conditions maybe 10 people around or less no issues of cutting out.

I am guessing its because of the interference from the many other bluetooth devices?

Is this a faulty unit or normal for it?

    • +1

used it in melbourne cbd but did not have any problems cutting out. may be a faulty unit.

thanks for the feedback. I realized i had paired both left and right to my phone and I think that was causing the problems, I think you are only supposed to pair the right headset.

Since I unpaired and reset them, and re-paried just the right one I have not experienced the cut outs so I think all is good.

They are pretty amazing for the price, the mic is only average but the sound quality is good.

        Thanks again!

        • +1

tested it for another day, still cuts out in very busy areas however it does not cut out all that much… just occasionally its odd.. Faulty maybe…
