I really wish that were the case but we stopped doing that a while ago. We are looking for new partners so hopefully we’ll come up with something soon!

Returns were relatively easy in my experience, you send them to a depot in Aus, not NZ, so it's not prohibitively expensive.
Hallenstein Brothers clothing use to be awesome and they actually had an active phone number to contact but not anymore.
Purchased multiple items from them back then and i was extremely happy but now their sizing and material of the clothing has changed for some reason, emailed them multiple times but no luck of getting the response back.

Ah it's concerning that we are not getting back in touch with you. We use a ticket system and our response time is one hour (has been for quite some time), could you let me know which address you've been trying to get in touch with? we might be having an issue getting it forwarded to the right people if it's not our regular help email.
As for the fabrics, we are constantly looking for new suppliers to deliver better products but I'll admit that we do get the odd faulty product due to volume, which we are more than happy to replace at our cost :)

That number is incorrect, the correct number is 1800 960 871 - could you let me know where you found that so I can have it updated as soon as possible.
We do use Benny as our chatbot, but he should be smart enough to direct you to Customer services if he can't answer your query. We update him constantly as it's difficult to envisage everything that customers might be looking to answer but we are looking to update him so that he can connect you directly to customer services instead of giving you the email address / number. That should be coming out by the end of September :)
