  All that trouble and expense for 5x7?? That's not good for you or the customer.
  You are basically saying we pay you $20 plus time to let you make a sales pitch.
  How about posting a decent price for a decent set of prints? Or the original images on CD.

  Oh, and WTF does "RRP" mean when you are setting the price for your own services?
  Please just offer a price and cut the BS.

  Does Bill the plumber say "Changing the washer is $200 RRP but I'll do it for $80." ?

    Thank for your feedback manic but I'm sorry but I disagree.

    What trouble is it for the customer? If you want a unique portrait of your child, come along and enjoy a discounted session and if nothing else, walk away with a photo (once processed, selected and printed - not on the day) from the day. If you're not interested in getting a unique portrait in the style we are offering, don't bother coming in. Simple as that.

    Trouble and expense on our side, well, that's our problem isn't it? But for us, in addition to marketing, days like these help us build our photography portfolio, particularly with our enchanted sets, which are unique to our studio. We can experiment with different looks and have a bit of fun with our customers.

    "Cut the BS"? Do you think we charge $20 for all of our studio sitting fees? I can assure you we do not! Our enchanted set is unique to our studio, the photos require more post processing than standard portraits and as such, enchanted sessions and prints are more expensive, with a package like this normally valued around $240. That's what I mean by RRP. This represents a real discounted way of getting some enchanted photos taken.

    We're happy to take feedback on deals you would like to see and can look to offer discounted sets of prints or original images on CD in the future. For now, we are offering customers the opportunity to come in and get their child photographed in our unique enchanted set, and receive a free print, for just $20. As I said, if that's not what you're after, don't bother coming in.

      Well, you could at least declare the cost of prints to go with this.
      Then people are in a position to judge the merit of the initial offer.
