Yes, you can set it up through the apps
I am not sure if you can setup per %, as there are only limited options in the app that you can choose example Bright, Dimmed, do nothing.Hi,
Providing you will use it with the hue hub, then yes. There is a LOT what you can do with the formulas.Formula "No motion, no fuss"
When no motion is detected for your chosen time, this Formula will turn your lights back to their previous state (instead of turning the lights off or do nothing). When triggering the sensor, it turns on your chosen scene, just like you are used to. Perfect for large open spaces to avoid dark spots.I am using a formula "Do not disturb my scene"
from 7am till 8pm if lghts are off and I walk in they will turn bright. Then 10 minutes after turn off.
from 8pm till 1a if lghts are off and I walk in they will turn dim warm white. Then 10 minutes after turn off.
from 1am till 87am if lghts are off and I walk in only single buld will glow red. Then 2 minutes after turn off.
If I had turned on the lights by a hue switch nothing will change (i.e. sensor will ignore me) so keeping the pre-set lightingI am very happy with it.
There is an app called HueDynamic, that allows significantly better control over Hue systems than the Philips Hue app. I recommend getting it if you heavily use Hue devices. It will give you extremely precise control over your motion sensors.
Here is more info about advanced controls of motion sensors using Hue Dynamic:

This vs the cheaper Xiaomi one?
I would go This
Does this work with Yeelights? Im guessing the only way would be to IFTT
Can they work without the hub if I have an Amazon Echo Plus?
I don’t believe so. They certainly didn’t a few months back. I ended up getting the sylvania one from amazon which does work directly with the echo plus.
Hi, is there a timeout to this sensor before it gets triggered again? Thank you.
Back in stock!
Price dropped at Amazon.com.au too https://www.amazon.com.au/Philips-Hue-Installation-Free-Excl…
If someone has used one of these before, I have a question.
I have lights in the back room of the house.
If this sensor is set up to turn those lights on when it is triggered, does it return the lights to the previous state? (e.g if they are off, will it turn them off after movement has stopped? or if they are on 10% brightness, can i make it set the brightness to max and then return back to 10%?)
