Yep two hours delay last month from Melbourne to Brisbane and one hour delay the other way around.
Just opened up the Flightradar24 app on my phone. Punch in Tiger. 10 flights currently in the air. 6 have left late. I’m talking 1/2/3/4 hrs here

you don't have to fly them. I've used them plenty of times with no problem, and once with a big delay. Many are still prepared to take the (small) risk for these prices.
