    The Customer shall and agree to pay for renting the Equipment and its related Service, which is calculated on per-day basis from the planned day to receive the Equipment to the planned day to return the Equipment. The rental rate is and only calculated on per-day basis and fractional charges do not apply to the service.

    What is "planned day to receive the equipment" and "planned day to return the Equipment"?
    It feels like they will charge us for the days after the sim has expired until it is returned.

      Wanted to post an update here.

      I received the device a few days before the trip to Japan. Came with instructions on how to return it and a prepaid return satchel. The connection worked without any issues while in Japan. Once returned to Australia it was as easy as put the device into the provided satchel and drop it at Australia Post box.

      This was a killer deal!

    I've sent my email on Sunday but still didn't get the code, My travel date is 29th August.

    Go my pocket WIFI today after putting through the order on Monday.
    Really good service in my experience, despite being hammered with requests.
    They were probably just prioritising the travellers leaving soon?

    Everyone needs to take a breath, they’ve got 100’s of requests to sift through and then they have to deal with the 100’s of emails saying “I’ve been waiting 12 hours where’s my code!”

    I got my code and have reserved mine for a 21 day trip in November, if it works out, great, if it doesn’t, I’m only down $21.. I’ll take the chance as I usually pay $10/day for the same thing!

    Code seems to be generic, my mate had the same code as mine - wilh-ma1jpkr.

    • Maybe it's linked to emails, otherwise they wouldn't be 5 days behind if they could have just spam replied all screenshot emails with the generic code hahaha

      I recall reading the term that you can cancel and get refund as long as they haven't sent the device. Better double check with them.

  • I have followed the instruction by pasting the code from my email at the final checkout page. It said "Sorry, it seems the coupon "wilh-ma1jpkr" is not yours - it has now been removed from your order."

    Messaged them since Friday but haven't heard anything back.

    • That's the same code I used. I just tried again adding to cart, use the coupon, and it worked. Maybe tried on different browser, use laptop vs mobile, etc

      • The code is generic, it may work however when you try to proceed to payment (Paypal), it will be removed if they haven't attached your email to the coupon yet.

    • I emailed them a while ago and only just got a reply yesterday. Hopefully they get back to you soon.

    I can only imagine the tsunami of emails this guy got once this promotion hit Ozbargins. I am guessing although his intentions are genuine his abilities to actually fulfill the requests in a timely manner is pushing his limits. Especially if it is only a small operation, if not only one person.

However they didn't reply to any of my emails so I'm not sure if they even read them… But try email them anyway, they might send it express post on Monday for you.

                  @silverrat23: The one I got was a Jetfi router, experienced some dropouts and the range was not as wide as the Huawei router I used before, but overall worked fine. The Jetfi router is a bit heavy though since it's also a portable powerbank.

    Going to Japan in a two days so will give feedback after I return on the pocket wifi. I have to give credit to Wilh-ma however for their speedy response to me and sorting out my delivery issue as quick as possible (I think the persons name was Sam that I spoke to). The device was due to arrive yesterday, but there was a bit of a mix up with the delivery details and so I could see on the auspost tracking that the device was being returned. I called Wilh-ma and Sam made sure to send out another device immediately after realising the issue. This all happened yesterday, and I have received the device today. Extremely quick postage, one day turnover (i'm in Sydney) and i'm thankful they acted instantly to rectify the issue.
