      Good question. It's a healthy and convenient snack alternative which tastes really good. If you look at your typical supermarket snack, it's often high in fat from added oils and poor quality carbohydrates lacking nutritional value (often potato).

      So to compare with a typical supermarket packet of chips, per serving, the Momentum Chips have:

      140 calories versus 240 calories
      10g protein vs 3g (triple the protein)
      7g fat vs 15.7g (half the fat)
      15g carbs vs 22.8g (less carbs)

      Why I particularly like this product is because if you look at the ingredients, they are all quite nutritious, with the key ones being:

      • Whey protein (primary source - very good quality protein)
      • Black beans and red beans - both very good lower GI carb sources relative to potato and high in fibre

      In summary - nutritious, good portion control (140 calories per pack), good quality and healthy protein, fat and carbs.

    what's the deal with the sodium content, other websites say 180mg per pack yours says 585 mg per pack? apologies if I've mistaken something basic.

      Oh our website is incorrect. We'll have that updated - thanks for pointing that out! It's only 180mg, I believe we may have some old nutritional information on there.
