Rather buy a bag of WPI for a lot less.

    • -1

WPI is not a dedicated meal replacement unlike the man shake….

      • Doesn't stop it being overpriced for ingredients.

My boss drinks this. Not recommended

  • It's no longer politically correct to name something off of a specific gender.

    • What would you call the product instead?

      • The Human Shake

        • That's fine and dandy…for now. What are you going to call it when human/animal hybrids demand equal rights?

          • +1

            @kahn: The living shake

            • @CC123: That’s all well and good but what happens when the living demand equal rights for their dead family?

              • @Krazyy: It will be called 'The Shake'

                • @CC123: What happens when the copyright owner pings them for copyright infringement?

                  • @Krazyy: We will call it "The"

                    • @CC123: How will people know what “the” does? How will they handle the complaints when they buy something they don’t know does?

                    • @CC123: “The” still has he in it. It shall be called T

I miss read it as the man snake

  • I’ve used Man Shake before quite successfully, but the only flavour I could really enjoy was the chocolate.

  • I thought the ALDI shake ranked higher in terms of nutrition, availability and price?

    • ALDI shake has more sugar and less protein per serve. How much does it cost?

      • +1

Aldi shakes do have more sugar
        $2 a serve

As part of 800Cal per day diet, the sugar has not mattered to me as you do need some energy and in that respect they are better than a WPC

If you are not on calorie restriction then the sugar will certainly matter

Have lost 21 kg on the Aldi shakes (and still going @ 1 kg per week)

Disadvantage of the Aldi shakes are the limited flavours.

Doesn't the man shake happen at the urinal though?

    • haha, and you get 6% back :)
