Sad to hear as it seemed like a palace when I went on holiday there with my parents in the late 80s. Huge lagoon-style pool and Sea World right next door - us kids were in heaven.

The only bad mark guests seemed to mention was the food not being the most exquisite. Since it's a family resort, theymight put emphasis en Fries and Ice cream more than boutique cuisine :)
just stayed there on the weekend ($99 offer). Resort accomodation is looking very tired.
