Belkin has a good track record when it comes to honouring the power board and connected equipment warranties, but with these boards going for much cheaper than they used to, it makes me wonder if that's still going to be the case in future.

I believe this offer is not a NORMAL price. Instead of speculating the reason for the advertised price (Base on the huge range of products they sold to big retailers and fortunately some to us, i believe Belkin is BIG/Established enough company to continue to support warranty on their products, they should not struggle just because of 1 product). This genuine deal was offered with intention to share with everyone that may want to maximize their spending this EOFY by spending as little on each products so they can get more out of this month. erm…has my suggestion lead to some disasterous comments? :). Personally i really think it is a good deal for people that does online shopping and would not mind paying the postage to get things send to them?

Got one of these about a month ago. Went to OW and pricematched Harris Tech.
Oh and BTW they're still $55 at HT so you could still go and grab one from officeworks for about $52.
Doh - just saw it now - missed by 50 mins. Slightly diff code to the $55 one. Unsure what the difference is?

Good job identifying the difference. The model we carry:F9G823Au2M is actually a model is does Tel + AV
while HT's model F9G820AU2M-GRY only does Tel , no AV.
