    Bears start at $18 so you can definitely get one with just the voucher, most are around $20-40 though.

    We're just using for t-shirts and clothes for our own bears (Not build-a-bear ones but they fit well)

  Shopback have 20% at Groupon at the moment too. Mine came through really quickly ($1.53 back) bringiing the cost down even more
