Haha, top 10 in the world is a joke. They are getting worse and worse. That's from someone who does the return trip to and from Dublin once per year using Velocity points. Their food is worse than Jetstar and Abu Dhabi airport is really bad (although not as bad as a US airport). The air stewards are great and the planes are OK.
However, look past some of their issues and concentrate on their low prices and you can't really complain. This is a great deal. I just had to pay $3100 return to go back at short notice so it made me throw up in my mouth a little.
