"It has a maximum weight capacity of 130 kg."

No vikings would ever fit in this chair.

  • Can anyone recommend a chair that is suitable for 8-12 hours use at a time?

I got this a couple of weeks ago for our home. When my wife and i sat on it, we were amazed how nice it was on our back. Much nicer than even more expensive ones. It is a little bit expensive but for me, but worth it.

Personally i think you should go and try it out, what works for me, may not be suitable for you.

      • totally agree, this was surprisingly comfy. Lets hope it lasts for at least a year or more.

        • strange, multiple reviews saying the back support doesn't stay in place

          • @dcep: I'm not sure what that means, the back piece screws onto the bottom seat section using 4 screws. I tightened them pretty well with the Allen key. It's a bit of work to get it lined up and screwed on because of the odd shape, but it's pretty stable for me.

            • @everyone: Do you often lean back?

the height adjustable back rest clearly has a design problem in that if you lean back a bit, it randomly drops to the lowest setting

back support just started to drop randomly when you lent back on it and will not stay at the height you need.

The primary feature of the chair, it's back support, does not stay up. It's adjustable, but this is pointless, as it does not maintain its position.

      Buro Metro

    • I got one of these on clearance from Officeworks. Haven't tested for any longer than about 4 hours yet, but rated for over 8 hours. No issues for me.

Unfortunately only available in store now, so will have to do a bit of searching and get lucky. A few other colours available as well.
