    I just wanted to mention that I had purchased a basin mixer tap end of last year and it had become faulty. I sent the rep a message directly through Amazon and within a week, I had a replacement sent to me hassle free.

    I got the tower shower last time. Overall the quality seems decent, and perhaps slightly better than similar products from Bunnings. Time will tell. One of the screws provided had its head "filled in" so was not usable. Adjusting height is a little hard, as it does not move smoothly. But the materials and outer coating seem decent. The shower head itself is also good. Very good value for money.

    just a word of warning….you get what you pay for! As a Plumber I would refuse to install the shower mixer inside a wall.

      As a shower mixer, I would refuse to be installed inside a wall, it works much better on the outside.
