sorry, only 30Hz due to the limitation from the chipset. Only USB-C t0 Display model can support 60Hz @4K.

Looking at Australia Post for a small satchel (35.5 x 22cm up to 500g) is $8.55, I highly doubt that the standard packaging is going to be bigger than 35.5x22cm and heavier than half kg.
put it in an envelope, not in a satchel. it's a tiny little adapter and the size for the box would probably put it over envelope size.

There is also a cheaper brand USB C to HDMI adaptor that does 4K at 60hz, the Volans one only does 4K at 30hz.

Paid $29 for it from MSY, definitely does the job at 30Hz.
