I have this. Shifts a crazy amount of air. Can burn through a battery pretty quickly if using turbo too much (lower speeds are usually enough for me to shift leaves and whatnot around my yard).
Given the amount of current it seems to draw, I would not use it with smaller batteries.

PS: any of these top end blowers have adapters so the tube can be extended and tapered to create a more precise xontact patch? Even tjosw these flow a heap, i feel that they would not move stubborn bits and pieces (not leaves) etc. Ie: Dirt, roxks, plaster chips ans the like.

This has thumb control for speed. You can go from a 12-year old Japanese girl blowing through a straw, all the way up to fat guy farting in the disabled toilet at work.

Yes…the batteries/charger is the biggest part of investing in this stuff. The batteries are intelligent though - they won't just sit unused at full charge for months on end (circuitry inside will discharge to storage voltage if unused for a period).
Skins are usually pretty cheap (and really, $250 for this blower is not particularly special - it's just about right. Good to get some bonus batteries if you go all in though).
Please note not to sure when deal ends for blower.
