  • Has anyone here used them
    Not convinced by the reviews

    • they're decent and handy for cleaning stainless steel pans too.

however, i actually really like and prefer the lodge brush.

  • I have these, they are good for the price, really good for scraping on baked on crud on cast iron pans. I just wish they were a few cms bigger.

    • I second that

      That's what she said….

      • inches not cm !!!!!!

        • That's what Miss America said…

        • Keep those freedom units out of here

I ordered 2 sets. Thanks OP for posting!

Literally just used one of these to clean my lodge pan. Such a simple tool, yet so useful. Easily worth the price imo.

  • Has there been a recent deal on the pan with lines? I cannot find it.

Thanks OP - ordered a set

    Thanks!

What's the point of these when a spatula does the same thing?

    • +3

      You troublemaker you.

Next up, you will be questioning why a thermomix is better than a cheap chopping board, decent chef knife and a saucepan.

    • Lodge pans won't accept inferior no-name scrapers? We've been using plastic spatulas to remove crud for decades. Works on cooking pans also :-).

  • Ordered. Now just hope FASTWAY courier didn't lose my cast iron Lodge pan!

Don't know why Amazon has chosen the worst courier possible as their delivery partner! Check the review on FASTWAY courier, most people would give them 0 star if possible.

Mine was delivered by FedEx, you must have been unlucky.

Mine came from Aus post, do Amazon international pick their couriers from a lottery?

        • Guess drew the short straw :-(

    • +2

I get all of my Amazon deliveries sent to parcel lockers now for this very reason. Fastway are absolutely abysmal - I live in an apartment complex and they find it perfectly acceptable to leave my deliveries unattended in the publicly accessible stairwell.

    • +2

      Man I hate Fastway.

      • Me 1,000,000!

    • Two experiences with them and they're batting 0/2 - one involving pretty much every incompetence possible, the other simply driver laziness. Former was a drawn out saga involving the mind-boggling task of getting a product from Queanbeyan to Canberra. The latter (an Amazon delivery last week) involved the driver delivering to the incorrect house number - wrong side of the street and half a dozen houses away. Neighbour was good enough to bring it over.

      • Another hater of fastway here, amazon estimate my pan would be delivered on the 5th, checking fastway tracking the reckon it's due today I'm not holding my breath.

    OzbargIned?

  • Still waiting for my five piece set to ship - not sure what’s going on as they are apparently in stock.

      Mine shipped yesterday.

If I have to clean my cast iron with anything other than oil, salt and kitchen paper, something must have gone wrong, wrong, wrong.

  • i buy plastic scraper from bunnings, many sizes available and less than a dollar

there is also the 2PK Grill Scrapers available for $5.26 for anyone who purchased the Griddle
