  • How long does it take to get the E-Vouchers? So, if I wanted to see a movie within 2-3 hours, can I just purchase it and rock up to the cinema and redeem it?

    • +2

Have never had it take longer than 10 minutes, usually 5 minutes.

      • Many thanks

      • I am still waiting on my evoucher. I logged into Westpac rewards and purchased tickets this afternoon and nominated an email address for the evouchers to be sent to. I was hoping to take kids to see movie tonight at 7pm. After logging in and processing the website stated that voucher/ticket may take 30mins to come through. So I went out and did something else. At 6pm I check my email inbox and other spam folders etc. Not there so I called Neat at 6:20pm, they said they will resend using another email. I asked can they wait online for me to confirm, they said just call back in 5 mins if not received. Well after 5-10 mins not there, so I called Neat again. $#%$$ Close for business message. Had to tell my kids cant go tonight. So I hope you have better luck than me. Also their Neat website and auto reply emails have broken links. I also called Westpac and they said take it up with Merchant.

        • Optus and telstra offer better tickets without any hassle.
Telstra offers standard sessions for $11 no booking fee and vmax for $16
Optus offers standard for $!2.50+$1.50 booking fee no clue on xs.
Hoyts are getting annoying and are blocking people from booking last minute tickets by stating the optus tickets have been exhausted for this session.
Both telstra and optus redirect you to event or hoyts booking page so you can book instantly.

Wish ANZ, NAB, catchconnect, boost or any of the other provides I use would give cheap movie tickets (hoyts preferreed!)

    • +5

Westpac is a better bank than ANZ or NAB.

    • That's cause you made those up!

      • +1

Well my closest Cinema is Village Bendigo, and I read the condition on the Village voucher is not Valid at Village Bendigo before purchasing it. So no loss for me if you don't want to listen to my pre-caution and check it for yourself.

A 1.5% surcharge will be applied to Visa, MasterCard, Amex & PayPal payments.

Hi, does any know how to get in Westpac Rewards, access to Samsung EPP discounts?

  • This is good for the popcorn combos, but I think buying through Optus Rewards is better (for Hoyts).

    • If you go for the off-peak tickets, then this is actually cheaper than Optus Perks. 11.67 VS 12.50. You also have to pay an online booking fee of $1.50 with Optus whereas you can use these in person and avoid the online booking fee.

  • Is this cheaper than optus perks or telstra rewards movie tickets ?

    • +1

The issue with optus perks is that there is a limited amount of tickets.

      • Most frustrating thing aside from when recliner seats came in and then prices went up

    • I prefer Telstra rewards. There's no surcharge for using cards or booking fees. It's just $12.50 altogether.

      • $11 as of may 2019

  • +2

ive been getting this on RAC for as long as i remember.

  • My local HOYTS has $11 adult tickets anyway.. so getting them with Westpac is more expensive…

  • My local Hoyts is $12 on promo. so this costs more….

  • Is this still available?

    • Yep, available until end of the year at least

      • Odd. I opened an account couple weeks ago, but it says no offers are available.

        • Not sure why it's not appearing, it should appear under 'Rewards' when you click 'Rewards & Offers', you might need to give them a call

          • @indium: Gave them a call and said it may be exclusive to selected credit cards..?

Does anyone have a debit card and had access?

            • @specks: I got the Black card which is the most premium card and no Hoyts on the rewards list. The deal should be marked as expired.

    • It's available if you have a bank account set up with them, not credit card.

I had both and once i closed the bank account the deals disappeared.

Thinking to re-open a bank account to get it back.

  • How do you claim this. Can someone tell me the exact steps. I loggrd into internet banking and went to "rewards and offers" but it says "You do not have any products which are eligible for the Westpac rewards & offers program."

    • It may be restricted to certain credit card holders.

    • It's attached to their bank accounts and not credit cards, in my own experience.

  • Price is now $14.00 for Palace not $13.50 peeps

  • Is transaction account eligible for this promo, I cannot access it with my Westpac transaction account

    • +1

I suspect it may be credit cards.
