S10 pricing is a steal if you have EPP, considering how new the phone is. The S9 was not this cheap at this time last year.

I wouldn't say that. I came from a Note 9 to a 3a XL and not missing it at all.
The software is better, the camera is better and the battery is better. It is just as fast for me, each to their own however.
The only downside is water proof, I think

Owned this, and actually the Exynos one is real slow. My wife's pocophone is much faster and and the battery last much longer. On the other side the nfc, Samsung dual apps, sound, and the compability with Samsung gear makes me feels better.

It's not for Samsung employees but for employees of companies with a partnership program with Samsung which includes Woolies, Coles, Australian Government and other large organisations. Students can sometimes access the same prices through the Samsung education store. At one point Westpac customers also had access to these deals. So chances are you may have access or know someone that can place an order on your behalf.
I compared prices to those being sold as new / sealed on FB marketplace. I understand that you get a receipt etc, however if you cant access the store, FB marketplace might be the way to go?
