I ordered pretty early on through eBay and my order has just arrived at work.
Ordered two cases and have received 2 4 packs.
The listing clearly states 24 cans.
So I will be enquiring about my 40 missing cans.

I don't think anyone has had a full slab delivered to them so if I had my time again I would cancel before arriving.
If it was a pricing error, fair enough it happens, just cancel the order. But to send a 4 pack when the listing specifically said it was 24 cans is disappointing.
Waste of everyone's time.
Got my refund today and this message saying I chose to cancel the order:
We’re sorry you’ve had to cancel your order. If your card has been charged, we’ll refund the full amount.
Just got my refund email for my second carton via ebay this time it states seller canceled order not like the first that had I have not paid . I think they were trying to get out of the seller fees ?
Same - apparently I cancelled my own order. Can't remember doing that, well couldn't have been drunk because I have no beer!
Then got a second email "We're sorry about the situation with your order" here's a refund.
Very poor form from Dan's. No alternative offered nothing.
Also have an Ebay order outstanding. If it gets cancelled will give very neg feedback.
4 pack arrived today, charged for 2 slabs + delivery (ordered on Dans). How stupid do they think we are?!
If you feel you’ve been hard done by Uncle Dan, don’t dispute it via PayPal but go lodge a chargeback through your bank as significantly not as described. Going to cost them a bit in fees and effort responding to the chargebacks.
Got a full refund and they let me keep the 8 cans as a "goodwill gesture". Don't really buy their reasoning about RSA meaning they can't supply at that price, they and other shops used to clear alcohol all the time at much lower prices and now they seem to use this as a cop out to keep prices higher. But oh well, would have liked the beer but happy enough with this outcome.
A week passed by and still no update on my eBay order. Should I lodge action to cancel or wait it out?

I did a claim via eBay this morning as no refund has been received within 10 mins they found in my favour
and eBay issued a refund .
I don't see that option. I chose "item not received" option and it asks me to wait 1 more day.

I just called the call centre. Bunch of unhelpful pricks if you ask me. Sounds like I'm talking to a stoned teenager on the phone. They basically said they will need to arrange a courier to come and pick-up the order, which means I'll need to take time off work, and that the refund will take a significant amount of time. I asked if I could return it to a store instead and they said you can try but you will need to put a fight to get them returned.
No form of compensation or good-will.

I ordered 1x case of pale ale as well as a bottle of vodka and whiskey.
I was refunded for the case and received a 4 pack of the pale ale with the whiskey and vodka! Happy with that!
Got mine refunded too. Was sent some major BS about how the system was at fault for missing my order. Recieved an immediate refund even when the preffered option was to receive the products.
Update on my order. I got two four packs delivered, put a paypal dispute in, got my $53 back and get to keep the beer
Okay, after calling 4 times to get this sorted and being stern on the phone they let me keep the beer (6 x 4 packs) with a full refund.
That's completely misleading though, how can that possibly be legal? We ordered a 24 pack as listed on the invoice and the item was delivered, but it was incorrect. If they don't agree to supply the rest of my order, I will get eBay to refund completely as the item was not as described.
I wouldn't settle for what they told you. I have had zero communication about this being a price error, so I would be demanding the rest of my order be supplied OR they issue a full refund and I keep the product.
