Me too - took a bit of persuading, but I'd just driven 40 minutes to pick up so wouldn't have been too happy!
Picked up two cartons from my local Dans at 12:30 today. Manager not happy to honour but could not get through to the online department. Thanks OP for the heads up.
Edit: they had picked a four pack of IPA and Pale Ale. I pointed out my invoice showing cases. Another Ozbargainer came in behind me and was lucky too. He got a carton at the cheap price without placing an order!
With these things click and collect is an unlikely win unless you're very fast. By the time they "pick" it, others likely bought in store.
Just pay for delivery and at least then you'll be in a possible allocated queue from the warehouse.
Having said that I've had no confirmation or rejection. My order appears to be in the twilight zone, zombified.

Order automatically cancelled , went to Collect at Hamilton but was told pricing error. So.e other guy was arguing the point but I couldn't be bothered for something so obviously wrong. Congrats to those who hooked a deal

The 12 can slabs are just a stop gap because they ran out. They are direct from the supplier and nothing to do with the deal yesterday.

ordered on ebay when they backfill the stock. So far only received confirmation email. No shipping updates
So I ordered 4 cartons yesterday and got them delivered. 4 x 4 packs turned up. I called them this morning and their initial offer was 56 for 16 that were delivered and they would refund the rest. I told them that wasnt good enough and I would pay 18.99 for the 16. They claimed they couldnt because of RSA. This is bogus, cause they sell 30 cans of Tui for $31. I told them that I would just do a chargeback on Paypal because the item wasnt delivered. They put me on hold and came back and agreed to $18.99
Once the item is delivered they dont have a leg to stand on in their T&C's. They have a right to cancel, but no right to change the price after the fact. Just fight with them enough and you will win.
I would have not even paid $18.99. I would have paid the pro-rated amount ~$12.50 for the 16. That's a joke they tried to pull that one. If it's a mistake, fair enough - don't ship it. However, trying to over-charge on something already delivered is disgusting.

I have sent it to eBay via chat and they said dans has not done this right with canceling with out them knowing as they seem to be changing orders to not paid maybe to avoid fees ???

I just called Dan's and asked what was happening with my order. They said they sent it. I asked what was sent and they said 6x 4 packs not cases! So they are trying to cancel it. What a hassle. No mention of a discounted price or anything for the 4 packs.
Edit: They managed to call the courier and cancel the order.
The beer is crap tbh. Had a 4-pack canned on 01/03. Too old for an IPA. Hops, flavor, aroma was very thin. Wish I had refunded instead. Not a fan of Black Hops at all, pretty average beer, so don't get upset if you order is cancelled or partially refunded.
Probably more Dan's fault then the brewers. Dan's is notorious for keeping stock too long and for storing it on their loading dock….in the sun

Pretty poor from Dans all round.
Got the txt saying order cancelled and that was it. App says still awaiting pickup for delivery.
Then my pending cc charge becomes a proper transaction.
2 days later I finally called up saying what is going on just to be told oh yeah major stuff up you will be refunded some time soon. Advised part payment was via online voucher just to be told oh if that’s the case we will post a voucher out to you also for the same value.
Their stuff up and I’m the one having to chase info and then be told you won’t get ur money or vouchers back for a while. Certainly won’t be shopping there again any time soon unless I can screw them on price true OzB style!
Don't waste your time. Do a credit card chargeback to cover that amount.
Went into my store to pick up a 24 pack I ordered online as I got a ready-to-pick-up confirmation for a case via email. I did not get any texts/emails indicating it was cancelled so I thought I might be lucky. Tried to offer me a 4 pack so I asked for a refund.
Got mine delivered today, but the box felt a bit light. Opened it up to find only 4 of the IPA cans rolling around. :(
I am drinking mine. Contacted Dan Murphy's and told them to supply the rest of the order ASAP. Their stuff up, not my problem anymore. If they don't supply the rest I will ask eBay to step in and get a full refund. No way am I paying $42 for 8 cans of beer.

Basically dans said 'genuine price error. You paid the right amount for a 4pack. are you happy to keep it or do you want to return it?'
I decided to keep it, but let them know i was very disheartened that they would send an incorrect product quantity without customer consultation.
Apparently that we an oversight and he will pass feedback onto the relevant team.
