Apologies for the inconvenience caused, we're very sorry for the trouble. We have taken note and will improve.
I followed up with our IT team last week (and sorry, I should also have responded earlier), they have confirmed that the issue has now been resolved. There was a database issue which caused the instability.
I have also tested the sign-up function myself and I can confirm it's working properly now.

Registration form doesn't work. Clicking Sign Up just updates the page with a new security code. Doesn't display any error.
