It's fizzy milk! Might not be for everyone's palate but if you like your daily dose of probiotics to be a little bit different then this stuff's great. Too thick to drink? Try putting it on top of your cereal or fruit salad.

Wouldn’t the shor of coffee kill the microbes due to heat
Best dairy product ever. If you haven't tried this yet, get onto it. This is a staple food in Sweden and it is finally available here in Australia. Non of the gelatin or dry milk additives that the Australian yoghurts have. Just fresh milk and microbes.
For what its worth, Farmers Union Greek Yoghurt is just fresh milk and microbes. Its the only one I have
So no 'milk solids' in the ingredients list?

Just an FYI, it's not just fizzy milk. It's also sour because it's been fermented. Very much like natural yoghurt (which I love). The blueberry flavour though is sweet.
If you ever see The Collective Coffee Kefir on sale, that's bloody awesome!!!
