    yes they are in comparison to other high end brands such as Nudie, Ksubi etc. G-Star jeans are nice, but you tend to get over them after awhile.

  Meh I got nudies one pair for $90 and 2 pairs for $135 at david jones the other day.

  nudie is actually made in italy using good quality materials, gstar made in china..

  designs are alright though.

    Most G-star jeans are made in China, but I'm pretty sure the Radar slim models were made in Italy, G-Star also uses nettle denim produced by Orta Anadolu in Bahrain and Turkey, their RAW Recycled Collection is made in Tunisia, G-star's RAW Listing, Raw Essentials & Handcrafted range use selvedge denim from Japan.     That is indeed crazy but that the RAW essentials model is probably intended for G-star fans, since its part of the G-star "Raw Essentials" collection. Most G-star jeans are around the 250 mark.
