  • Hey everyone, I can confirm that this price will be back at 12pm again today until midnight :)

  • It is currently illegal to ride it anywhere in NSW :( Sad because it would be quiet useful for me…

  • They have white

  • +2

What's the max weight these can take?

    • -1

if you have to ask you should probably eat less

      • +6

That's not a nice thing to say.

        • -4

Ah right I should stay quiet and let people overeat into an early death, totally forgot

          • +1

            @philmarcracken: What's wrong with weighing 100kg Phil?

            • -1

@nmcc08: For most people, thats overweight. Even if you build muscle, its impacting your heart and joints.

      • +2

Only if it was that simple. Simple minds.

    • 100kg . I have same issue as you :D

    • I have one and even though it says 100kg limit I haven't had a problem at 120kg.

      • Think you might be better off with a non electric scooter. :p

  • +2

This was a great price, didn't last long?

  • What was it listed at?? $524.70

  • Why is this expired now when it's meant to expire tomorrow at 11:59pm?

  • +5

Sold 3 and then put price back up, just baiting

    • -2

Wasn't intended to be a bait at all, had to expire unfortunately for circumstances outside my control.

      • +1

Can I ask what those circumstances were? Anyway there appears to be another offering for $449 from "mi official store" but not sure whether genuine?!

        • +1

I can't share the details unfortunately, but please know that it was not intentional to end it so soon. The $449 deal looks genuine to me.

          • @doweyy: If I knew it was going to be that price definitely would have bought off you, bought off the official store instead. I'll keep you in mind for spares though!

            • +1

@ComfortablyNumb: Apologies for that! It's an awesome scooter, so regardless of seller, it's still amazing! And I'd definitely recommend to keep Gearbite in mind for spare tyres when you need them!

        • Probably because they were undercutting the ebay plus front page promo deal just before its start and adding additional tyres to boot….

    • +1

      Back again at 12pm today.

  • +1

Nearly pulled the trigger on one for $380 from tpshop but read some negative feedback stating they were fake.

  • Will this deal be back tomorrow?

    • +1

      Back now.

      • it shows 524

          • +1

@Gearbite: I understand you guys are same as Xiaomi store on eBay. Can you add the spare tyres for those that bought on yesterday's plus front page deal? Happy to pm details.
Otherwise there's likely to be a flood of cancellations and re order.

            • @Punkboy: This is a good point, I bought front page but would have bought from gearbite had I known. From what I've read the original Xiaomi m365 should come with two spare tyres anyway so maybe sit tight… What I intend to do.
. I've already ordered a ton of add ons ..

  • +4

I really, really like to see the laws changing for them, they look so nice.

  • +1

if this deal is valid, can I cancel my ebayplus deal purchase of yesterday?

    • +2

      I'm thinking the same haha

      • Same dammit!

      • Why cancel, this one is only $4 cheaper? Or is there something better about this one?

        • 2 spare tyres? But i have no idea how much they worth or where to get from?

          • @richmond12: I would assume the spare tyres are standard with the international version?

            • @BargainKen: Dunno. This deal has 2 spare tyres and yesterdays deal doesnt?

Does anyone know how much they cost?

              • @richmond12: I've seen many "international version" deals around often with two spare tyres as part of the deal from many sellers both on ebay and abroad.

                example:
                https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/123800985103

                1 x Original Xiaomi M365 Electric Scooter
                1 x Power Adapte
1 x 2 pin EU plug with 3 pin UK coverter plug
                * 1 x Pair of Spare Tires
                1 x Extending Nozzle
                1 x T-shaped Wrench
                4 x Screw
                1 x English User Manual

  • Whats up with the subtitle: "Be aware Fake.Free Spare Tyres Value at $50.Mi Home APP" ?

So its not a genuine Xiaomi Product?

    • +1

It's just a warning to be aware of other fakes on the market, this one is genuine.

  • Are they legal in Victoria? do you need a licence to ride one?

    • +1

      Every. Single. Time.

  • Do these require you to do any exercise like how an electric bike still requires you to pedal or you just stand there?

    • Kickstart and then Stand there.

    • no we can safely remain out of shape with zero effort

  • Thanks just got two.

  • +1

Hi @Gearbite, I bought two of the Xiaomi M365 from this last deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/464846) and now the price has dropped some more. Are you able to refund the price difference?

    • That hurts. Unlucky but tbh it will prob drop even more in the future.

  • wow this is the best price it's ever been

  • +2

Gearbite can you guys do another deal on the pro?

  • Does anyone know what courier company Gearbite use for these scooter delivery?

    M365 SCOOTER HAS BEEN RECALLED!!!

Everyone! I posted the other day saying my handlebars had literally fallen off while riding, causing me to have a fractured rib. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/466385#comment-7438613

Well I contacted Xiaomi, and they said to check if my model had a certain serial number because they have been VERY RECENTLY recalled due to this exact issue!

    https://www.mi.com/global/support/mi-electric-scooter-recall…

I repeat… SOME M365 SCOOTERS HAVE BEEN RECALLED BY XIAOMI!!!

    The affected serial numbers (S/N) range from: 21074/00000316 - 21074/00015107 and 16133/00541209 - 16133/00544518.

I don't really know how best to get this message out but I'm going to post on every M365 scooter bargain on the site. If anyone has any better ideas let me know!

    • How long had you ridden the scooter before it fell off? How many hours or kms? Is it due to the screws holding the handle bar shaking loose due to use?

      • I'm pretty sure I would have done around 400-500km. I've had it a few months and ridden it 2-5 days a week. I can only assume the hinge bolt somehow shook loose, yes

        • Was your scooter in the recall notice or trigger the online web serial checker? Don;t know if you have the SN any more?

          • @Punkboy: NO! It was not part of the recall! I think the problem is wider than the recall…

  • to those who just bought this, please check this out:
    https://www.mi.com/global/support/mi-electric-scooter-recall…

    • Australia not on that list but comments above showed it happened here. Wonder if commenter bought grey market or Xiaomi recall is not strict enough.
