Considering how easy it is to hack the 3DS, does "included" games mean anything really.
I have other games but havent tried hacking MK7. if its a YES then probably not.
If it's a gift for someone included games are definitely worth something.
Yes you need to own the game before you can hack it to hold the roms. So if you didnt buy this you'll need to purchase the game before you hack so will cost you money.

You don't need this Duram, you don't need a spare 3DS to 'hack', you don't even play the 3DS you have now, you will end up hacking it and leaving it in a drawer 'just in case', stop Duram. STOP.
I got a 2nd 3DS to hack, I hacked it and placed it back in its box and haven't played it once. Totally worth it.
I spent hours to hack my WIIU and leave it in my cupboard after that.

The only hacked console I occasionally play is the switch.

the games are heaps different on the 3ds, the battery lasts a lot longer and it's more portable. I have both.
But yeah, if you have a switch it does kinda cover it.
