  You may have to give a bit more info for anyone to feel comfortable with this deal at all.
  Most state WHS departments will offer the documents you've listed above for free, and they're guaranteed to be legal and compliant when used correctly.
  There's nothing that's verifiable on your page at all either, so you're spending $199 with no creditable competency that they're usable documents.

  Even trying to find out who in the world WHSGroup is led me to a three sources, the name Thomas Hunt who I can't find in any WHS membership or ISO compliance pages, one being a fake listing ABN of '62653671394' as it's actually for a Superannuation Fund, and another being previously dissolved company 'WHS GROUP PTY LTD'.

  I'll be happy if you want to clear things up and I'll sit down for some humble pie, otherwise, this all looks super scammed, and I'd advise folks to avoid.
  Check you locals for Tools, Forms, Resources. Every state will happily supply you with as much as you need.
