    • Thx for that. May I just ask 2 questions please?
      1. Is this a good or bad amount of wear?
      2. All of the cheapo slippers I have ever purchased from Kmart, target, etc ending smelling really bad but I rarely have foot odour issues with other footwear. Do these have the same issue as the cheapos?

        Too early to say I think but no smells yet, I wear socks with mine to help avoid this. Good amount of wear IMO, it’s not really wear as much as the sheepskin moulding to the shape of my foot. Big difference between the el cheapie Kmart jobs and these is that the fur quickly flattened on the cheapies and became uncomfortable to stand on while this has stayed soft.

  • I placed an order with these guys 2 weeks ago with no dispatch and no response to multiple emails. I have started a CC chargeback as a result. Multiple comments confirming the same in the post for 1st June.

    OzB should seriously consider banning the vendor as they seem to be lacking communication and also sending what members here do order.

        Sorry 'Cameron' - Chargeback dispute is open with my bank and all actions will be taken through that process now. You are too late.

        I suggest you find out whomever is not manning your [email protected] email address properly and fire them.

        Additionally, I don't want special treatment to get my issues resolved when my experience is far from a single case - plenty of responses here in OzB and other online forums reporting the same lack of response back to direct inquiries on orders, no dispatch notifications, and very slow delivery from order date. Multiple reports of the phones going unanswered too.

        This appears to be something far more systemic with your business, and I stand by my call to have you banned from Ozbargain until members are able to trust you to deliver on the most basic functions of Customer Service.

          Monsta-Au, it is possible that your emails didnt get through? We reply to all emails and all orders are delivered.
          Phones are answered?
          Im not offering you special treatment because you have commented on every post, I am trying to resolve your problem but you wont give me any details?
          I'm not sure why you keep saying "Banned from Ozbargain".
          Anyone who has any issue can email me directly [email protected] and I will personally resolve it.
