Prolly better chance for you to get into raid if you joined a clan or something.
In a clan, and downed 3/4 bosses, but the coordination made it so hard as not every clan members will be on. The state of game is so poor and pushing players away. I think 6 player raid is okay but 8 play requirement is too much.

8 people raid is a big letdown. Getting 8 people is harder than the raid itself.
