Seems like a decent deal. Not sure what happens if you trade in and then try to change your preorder. Excludes hardware and devices. Prices in email are because of my EB World level (I'm level 2). Only open to EB World members (free to join). If anyone know any of the other trade in prices a comment would be greatly appreciated.

I traded in a couple old 360 games (2 Call of Duty games and the Mass Effect trilogy) for 70 something down on an order for Pokemon for the missus. Should be 60 odd at one of the big boys day one though.
I doubt very much you got $70 for 2 COD games on 360. They trade for like $3-4
Black Ops 2 was 22 and change and I had two copies. That's 44 right there. Had the Mass Effect box which was also 22 and change, 66, only other game I had was Dead Rising 4, which was 10 or so.
Maybe ring your store and check before blindly assuming they don't pay a decent price for games in decently demand. I'll wait, tell me my numbers are wrong.
I'm Level 2, and I'm getting 50%+10%. Brought 23 games, returned 20 games for $213.60, paid $435.69, so lost $222.09 since late 2016. I won't say lost, I'd say that's entertainment fee. Not bad too bad, I guess, but I did return some games still sealed :S
Oh ya, if you regret, you can still get it back within a year at the price you traded.
what do you mean you can still get it back at the price you traded? Is it a new eb policy?
Were these games current gen titles or last gen? And if I may, what titles were they?
I am level 4, and some of the games trade in values are higher than the current purchase price, ie. Bendy and Ink machine is $34.97 to but, trade in is $44.20 and there's others in this category too

Not targeted, but the base-level bonus is 50% + 10% bonus for Level 2 members (15% for Level 3 and 20% for Level 4).

EB Melb central have a pre-order list on the Xbox side and it says pre order Project Scarlett now.
I don't think the person who made the sign realises there's 2 variations, so not sure if putting a pre order down already for it will actually get you the Anaconda or Lockhart. Don't know about other EB's or if it's the same everywhere and they only have 1 project Scarlett option in their system
You can 100% confirm they have AT LEAST one SKU of the next gen Xbox up for preorder at ALL stores today?
I'm about to trade in a shiiiiiiitload of stuff and was gonna throw it all on a few of those 240 dollar Watch Dogs 3 collector edition things so I could keep the dosh in the system at least until March when it is meant to come out, then swap it over for a preorder on the next Xbox when it becomes available, but if it's up now that would be a lot easier.
70% for level 4. Email was also specific showing the last few new games I bought and their trade in values.
