Unless you're set on the 120Hz screen, you might be better off looking for iPad Air (2019) sales.
The screen is definitely worth the downgrade in chip imo.
Rather buy from a bricks & mortar who has a decent returns policy. Crazy to spend $900 on an electrical item online (unless an online store of bricks & mortar).
BudgetPC are a bricks and mortar store, they just have an online presence, like practically every retail store does these days. Their return policy is likely very similar to Costco as well.
Even if they have a 15% re-stocking fee for returning a non-faulty item, you're still saving money…
