  I have $205 in my cart and it tells me 'Promotion Code SAVE25 has not been applied - order does not qualify'

  Can't see any terms and conditions to explain this, but they have very low prices on some of my favourite single malt scotches. Maybe they are not included? 😠

  Edit: SAVE10 works instead. STOREWIDE and SITEWIDE don't work.

    Oops! STOREWIDE is a typo. Only SITEWIDE should work. I'll fix that now.

    I did test all the codes and they worked for me. You might be right that there's something in your cart that's excluded, which would explain SAVE10 working, as the eligible items would then total less than $200, but more than $100.

    I tried looking for the terms and conditions to see if there were any exlusions, but couldn't find any.

    I'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Mind sharing what's in your cart?

    EDIT: Just tested a cart with the first four single malt scotches that come up in a search and both SITEWIDE and SAVE25 worked.

      Try this for me?

      Aberlour 12 + Caol Ila 12 + Galway Pipe Tawny = $205.

      I tried the codes again, SAVE10 works fine but the other codes do not.

      I don't understand why, but I'm already saving $11 on Caol Ila, $8 on the Aberlour, and $2 on the port; that's why I'm not too fussed about it. A total of $26 (11%) saving on Dan's prices before discount, or 16% cheaper after the $10 code. Plus free delivery. Plus 8% shopback.

        Tried one of each. Also tried each one separately with a quantity to make the total more than $200.

        Both codes worked with all the carts.

        I'm stumped 🤔

        I am running through a VPN, currently on a US server, and previously on a UK server, but that shouldn't have anything to do with it.

        Did you try using a private tab, or a different browser/computer? I can't see how a caching issue could cause this, but who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

          @robinCTS: Thanks. I rang the call centre and they applied the discount as a refund to my Paypal account. That's on top of the $10 discount I already had. I've lost count of how much I've saved with this deal :-D
