  The Fiver Survivor shows as free for me, but I can't proceed to purchase with it in my cart, just get this message:

  "Your cart has been modified and the shipping rate you previously selected no longer applies. Please select a new rate."

    The survivor pack is out of stock so that's why it doesn't let you go through to shipping. Once you remove it, it will let you process.
