  Perhaps there's a way to game this voucher and convert it to real cash

  If you have multiple eBay accounts, you can basically sell an obscure item for $3 and buy it on the other account. Have a few accounts and $$ will stack up ;)

  It gives me "the code has been used" even I haven't.
  I tried this code POCKET10 on eBay App to see if I am eligible, which was (showing $3 off), but didn't go ahead with the purchase yet.

  Now I am ready to purchase (exact same item and listing), entered the code again and said the code has been used.

  Contacted eBay via chat, checked my purchase history and couldn't find this code was ever used.
  She just concluded this code can't be applied to this item and can't help any further.

  As usual, unhelpful eBay reps, wish I could rate her 0 out of 5 for wasting my time.
