  • If it stacks with HUGE then you're guaranteed a minimum 25% back

    Awesome

  • Can we pay via groupon giftcard?

    • Payment with Groupon credit is fine.

How long is this offer on for?
Optus is having issues and can't connect to shopback.

    • +2

      This is valid until midnight.

Just a confirmation we've tested accessing the site using Optus data on a VPN and it works fine that way.

  • +1

that is the problem. A lot of the stuff is like 5% off.

  • +1

Caveat emptor, I used shopback for groupon and it didn't track properly multiple times when they adjusted the cashback %.

  • +2

Is Shopback app experiencing any problem at the moment? Seems to be very slow or non responsive for me

    • +1

If you're with Optus or a MVNO using the Optus network (eg. amaysim, Catch Connect),

We’re aware of an issue currently impacting access to international websites and gaming platforms. Our tech team are currently working on resolving this. We aim to provide an update as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.

There are two ways to overcome this:

      • Use a VPN
      • Use a network that's not Optus or on the Optus network
      • Does the deal stack with HUGE?

        • Yes, it's listed/promoted on our site.

      • +1

Good to know, as I was thinking my laptop had been infected by malware, didn't think it had to do with Optus as other websites were loading fine.

      • It doesn't work using a VPN for woolworths won't let me access the log in

        • This will work to go through ShopBack - however if a store blocks you from getting in due to your VPN then that's another matter (try switching locations, or otherwise once cashback is activated via ShopBack, switch off your VPN).

      • AUSSIE BB as well…..

We're currently implementing some system changes in response to an increasing worldwide shortage of the IP addresses that are used to connect you and your devices to the rest of the world.

Most of our customers will not notice any change and this will not affect your speeds in any way. However, if you're a gamer, host services, have home security cameras, or access your devices remotely, you may find it affects your devices' ability to connect.

If this is the case for you (and we do apologise for any inconvenience), please contact our Customer Support Team on 1300 880 905, and they can fix it for you very quickly.

        cheers
        The Aussie Broadband team

  • Any good deals for melbourne?

    • I usually stock up on a few restaurant deals. There's very little inner city but something like this or this is very good value after cashback + discount. $20~ for an indian feast is pretty great.

  • Dammit bought stuff earlier before this kicked in

  • what is HUGE exactly. Im too scared to google image that…

  • Anyone else have an issue with the HUGE code? Doesn't take 30% off ( Only takes $0.68 off $13.5 for event cinemas ticket)

    • +1

It’s “up to” 30% off, not a straight 30%. Most of the stuff I’ve tried is only 5% including the Event tickets. At least it’s 25% with the ShopBack promo included.

      • Happy to sell you my wrongly bought tickets. :-)

    • +1

      It's up to 30% off.

  • is 20% cashback valid if using desktop shopback? store reP PLEASE HELP.

    • Valid, sale already tracked.

    • +1

20% is across desktop and app. If it's only through a particular device we will explicitly mention it on our banners plus store page and quote "up to" 20% cashback.

Guys just watch out. I’ve brought some food stuff with Groupon and didn’t do the proper research. The price they gave me was actually very similar to the menu online and wasn’t actually a discount at all. Might be worth with discount but must watch out!

    • +6

I have known this since 7 years back. Thats how they make their money ;)
or they sell the same product for like half price but when u show the groupon code or order at the restaurant with the code they reduce portion sizes a lot. at least in my past experience.

      • +2

Or they've 'run out' of the good stuff (scallops in this case, at a Sushi restaurant), at 11:30 in the morning. Which is 30mins after they've opened on a weekday!

    • +2

Make sure check the merchant website before committing buy Groupon. Or check eBay to compare prices.

I bought a day tour voucher and quite cheap. But when googling the merchant I found out the price is quite similar. Without discount and cashback, Groupon price is almost like regular daily price.

  • After click ShopBack, is it okay to purchase through groupon app? (In another words, is it normal to go to groupon apps after you click ShopBack app?)

    • +1

      Yes that's normal.

  • Shopback website is down o.o!!!?? so slow….. to lllooooooaddd

  • Can I stack this cashback with Groupon new sign-up 15% off?

    • +1

It stacks with any coupon listed on our page.

  • +1

Has anyone found a deal where 'Huge' takes 30% off? Most I've found was 20% off for a photo blanket.

    • almost of dining for 5% and local activities as well

    • +2

I found that the tokyo treats/yumetwins/NMNL boxes take 30% off bringing it down to $14 after cashback

    • +2

I clicked through 100s of items and the most I found was 5% off max!! There is probably 1 thing that is 30% off and the rest are at most 5%.. Dodgy Groupon!

  • Is it 20% of the price minus shipping and the huge coupon?

  • My old S7 edge has a cracked screen that I'm getting replaced for a mere $112 thanks to this deal. The $320 deal was already on 50% sale on Groupon and I combined the HUGE code which gave me an additional 12.5% off and then 20% cash back thanks to this deal. Wowowow!

    • So fixing the screen for $112? And rrp$320?

    • +2

I think you'll find most places will do this for about $150 without any haggle.. RRP of $320 is just ridiculous!! $112 is better than $150 though.

      • The screen broke last year and I called 3 different repair shops and the lowest quote I got was $250. Maybe the price has dropped since?

  • My purchases last night didn't appear in my Shopback page despite my browser notification saying they're tracked

  • +2

Shopback has improved a lot of tracking, got notification 20 mins after purchase

  • I've bought a treadmill, however I only received 10% cashback, not 20%?? I should get it from other website and save $18.

    • Contact them, they should fix it

  • still no tracking for me :(

    • Me neither. Not sure why the trackings are going wrong so often to me recently.
