Does this work at all Secure A Parks nation wide?
Seems pretty bad value if you can only enter after 4pm. Can park on the street near Wintergarden for free around that time.

  Have you actually tried parking on the streets near Wintergarden around that time on a weekday before? It's all no parking zones from 4pm - 7pm to allow traffic out of the city.

    Sounds like the perfect deal for you then! However I am a true OzBargainer who doesn't pay for parking when I can use my legs and walk a block or two and pay $0 and get the benefit of free exercise too!
