  • What is delivery time like? I need them by next weekend!

If you order this weekend, we will ship it next Monday. Item is posted by Registered Post and usually arrives in 1-4 days depending on Australia Post and destination (i.e 1-2 days to Melbourne and Sydney).

  • These cards are great and the price is excellent, but users may not see the full 45Mb/s as the maximum speed is highly dependent on the SDHC adapter. I get 30Mb/s on my Dell XPS.

    • -3

Forget the adapter, SD DSLRs only do 20MB/s.

        Unless you have a D7000 :)

      • +2

        my 550D couldnt shoot 1080p using 20mbs

Runs sweet as when i got 30mb ones

  • nvm my bad :P

IT Device's price is lower than the lowest price reported at the above Static Ice links.

      • Yea sorry guys, when I searched for "SanDisk 8GB Extreme Pro SDHC" something Extreme HD came out :P not this hehe

    • Thanks for your update, no worries mate :)
And no, I did not neg you.

Excellent deal, though these cards are a bit faster than I could possibly need, even when shooting HD video. Im gonna go and get ripped off at HN instead (more than double this price after 20% off) for the purpose of getting the amex cashback and gst refund on a camera + sdhc card.

    • I use one of these cards for ReadyBoost in Windows 7. The faster the card, the better. Also these may be SLC cards rather than the much more common (and slower) MLC type. SLC cards last longer as they withstand a much greater number of write cycles.

      • thought tests showed ReadyBoost doesn't?

        • Depends on what software you're using and whether you're dealing with small files.

    • There are MUCH better places to get GST free cameras. Hell, I'd try a BP before HN :D

Wow very good price :). Might consider snatching one up :).

  • These cards are currently the fastest SDHC cards from SanDisk.

Yes, but the Super-dooper Mega Extreme Pro will be out soon. Followed by the "Awesome".
I wonder if they get a focus group to test their product names?
I can imagine the marketing director asks for a buch of Gwai-Lo to test the names on. So they herd up a bunch of backpackers.
What's that? …. Sandisk is American? Oh, California based. EXTREME dude!

  • Note: not every DSLR need a highest speed memory card. also, you may not have to spend extra bucks on SD3.0 cards too. ;)

    Great deals btw.

  • Picked one up today. Nice price thanks.

  • Will the deal still be available at midday tomorrow?

    • Yes, it's still available at midday tomorrow.

  • When does it end? Midnight tomorrow?

  • AMAZING PRICE, for a mind-blowing card! I've got this card, and the best before it. Both are beasts for 1080p recording, and anything-else I can throw at it.

Bought the 8GB card on 25 March. Cheapest price in Australia, $53.95 delivered.

    Keep up the GREAT deals!
