    You need to stop buying anything on eBay for 1 whole year to have a chance to be targeted.
    Or, if you preferred, suck people 365 days non-stop to keep you from buying anything on eBay for 1 year.

        Since it's an email promo they could have the email account for each one forwarding to his main email address.

            @lostn: I think having multiple accounts in the first place is the issue. I don't think using email forwarding (which is extremely common) would be the issue.

              Managing 15 real email addresses would be annoying. As would the amount of spam you get forwarded into your main account every day. There will be repeat spams from ebay.

  This could be the standard if you haven't bought anything for 12 months, eBay tries to entice you to buy something by offering you a $10 off voucher.
  Happened to one of my old accounts last month. I forgot to use them 3 times in the row (so they expired), but eBay simply kept on offering it until one got used eventually.

  Need to wait another year (not buying anything on feeBay) for feeBay to offer me another one.
