    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGF6QbaXpiM Anet E10 Review - Horrible engineering but decent prints!

    Have you fixed all the issues from this video?

    • +3

      Hi, Thanks for pointing that out but we don't agree with this argument.
      There are thousands of positive reviews about E10 and you pick the worst, the reviewer argue we want to take a ride of CR10, but when you look at google trend data. Anet e10 has reached full search volume popularity July 2017;
      https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=today%205-y&q=…

      Yet creality has not reached full search popularity until Jan 2018
      https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=today%205-y&q=…

      So I can't say this review is unbiased as it claimed.

      All of our models are designed from top engineers in china, we are not perfect, but we are one of the best in the world:

        I have no idea whether your printers are good but I do appreciate how you stuck around and answered questions / responded to critics in your last post.

        • Thanks for your support!

      • My main concerns were frames bent, damaged parts, especially if its being shipped from overseas

        • Your opinions are very valuable for us, i have consult to our tech team.In 2019, Anet E10 3D Printer has following updates to ensure stabilization :
          1. All-metal Body: Aluminum profile mechanism;
          2. Added corner bracket: to reduce vibration ;
          3. Reinforce machine body junction with triangle joints;
          4. V-groove design.

          I have added illustration picture here, i would appreciate your time to take a look:

      • Haha this printer is such a knock off of the cr10. You can even see in the links posted the difference between the product releases.

        But hey, I still buy Chinese knockoffs instead of supporting e3d or arduino etc. so I suppose I can't talk

        • Actually the CR-10 is really a Prusa i3 knockoff as is this E10 so they are pretty much equal in the knockoff stakes. The cr-10 was just the first to get the price/quality ratio about right.

          • @roller: Yeah of course which in turn was a continuation of the reprap Mendel printers etc

            • @tanabe88gg: Well not really. Prusa made the next evolution of the Mendel in the Mendel Prusa and the i3 was several revisions later. These printers are open source and do encourage copying to progress the technology and availability. But to dis the E10 as a knockoff of the cr10 is incorrect and broadly unfair especially since copying is in the DNA of reprap and open 3D printers.

          • @roller: Hi, I am glad that you are sharing opinions and knowledge about 3D Printer, i can tell you are one of the pros. But it is really just a opinion, whether they are all knock offs, or the fact that there are many printers look alike and with similar mechanism structure. Same as we can't claim all full screen phones are knock-offs of iPhone X.

        • Hi, Thanks for your reply, Everyone has a right to sharing opinions, but i would appreciate if you could refer to someone actually bought our machine.

  • What's the delivery time like to metro Melbourne?

      Hi We ship via priority line, 5-8 work days!

  • How about its warraty?

    • Each and every machine is manufactured, assembled and shipped directly from anet shenzhen manufacturing center and examed thoroughly by Anet quality control team;

      In-person customer service guides are provided regarding assembling troubleshooting;

      For customers who received damaged products, we will ship missing parts/damaged parts directly to customers for free;

        So… no warranty? If it dies 3 months down the track it's "suck it up" time?

        • +3

          Parts are so cheap for these things it's worth getting a few spares for things like hot end heater cartridges or nozzles etc regardless.

          These cheap Chinese printers WILL break. It's a matter of when not if. Anet would be mad to offer a warranty on something that would cost +$60 AUD to ship back for replacement.

          As much as marketing and media might try and paint the image that 3d printers are ready for the average home owner, the actual reality is pretty far away. I'd say unless you're handy enough to use a multimeter or flash firmware on a device other than your phone, these cheap kits are best left alone.

          BUYER BEWARE

        • +1

          To be honest these are hobbyist devices and one shouldn’t buy one unless you are prepared to calibrate, modify and repair. You are really buying a kit of parts and where it goes from there is up to you. Most of the warranty issues will occur up front which anet has generally been ok with (unlike the likes of Teo for example) and then after that most issues are related to how you maintain and modify (or fail to do so).
