Bushmills Irish Whiskey & Cheese Matching Masterclass: 6.30-8.30pm Thursday 9th May ($20 gift card)

The Bushmills Distillery is one of the World's Oldest Distilleries, with its history dating back to 1608.
Over the last 400+ years they have become pioneers of Premium Irish Whiskey utilising top quality Sherry oak.
On the night, Brand Ambassador Andy will explore the history of the Distillery and lead us through a Discovery of some of the Whiskies Bushmills have to offer, including 10, 16 & 21 year old Single Malts.
We will also be pairing each Whiskey with a matching cheese; proving just how versatile Irish Whiskey can be!

Highland Park Whisky Masterclass: 6-7.45pm Wednesday 15th May ($20 gift card)

Highland Park, founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson, are all about celebrating their Viking history and the mark this has left on the culture of the Orkney Islands.
200 years later the Highland Park Distillery stays true to the philosophies of their founder by producing premium quality Whisky on the site of the original distillery in remote Orkney.
On the night we will Explore the history and heritage of the Distillery, taste some fabulous whisky and hopefully Discover a new favourite!

Glenfarclas Whisky Masterclass: 6-8pm Thursday 16th May ($20 gift card)

The Glenfarclas Distillery is one of only a handful of Scottish Distilleries to be continuously family owned and operated; since 1865. The distillery is now in the hands of the 5th and 6th generations of the Grant Family, who remain committed to upholding the legacy started by John Grant over 150 years ago.
Glenfarclas are well known for their "Age Statement" Whiskies; a number of which we will Explore on the night guided by Brand Ambassador James.
