In theory no, but practically yes.
Does the Uber credit expire once added to your account?
I don't quite fully understand the question but no, the expiry date should be on the back of the card. Once it's added to your account, you can use it interchangeably between Uber (rides) and UberEATS.

"Uber credits are non-transferable and do not expire."

Perfect timing for Uber cards, just run out. Wasn’t happy with Woolworths 10% off starting at the same time. For me it’s giving 45% off UberEATS in total, combining with 20% off in May offer and 5% off Coles cards.
