  • Hi, may I know the expiry date of thie sim card? Thanks

    • Hello. The sims have a 1 year expiry

  • How have you gone from $9 to $16 in half a year? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/418603

    • +1

That's Vodafone. I still have some free Vodafone SIMs unused.

If you get one of the referral codes through OZB, you get $20 bonus, I don't think Voda offer anything like that. Thanks to OZB, I've got $60 referral credit so far.

      • oh! i made a booboo

  • Stay away from belong guys

    • why? seems ok to me so far

    • Kinda agree with you after seeing what they did by taking Sri Lanka off of free international calls countries list. Can't trust them.

      • Why can't you trust them just because of taking Sri Lanka off of free call countries? Did they do this just after the easter tragedy?

    • Just ported across from Kogan. Took 15 minutes. Web system is not stable. Many "Oops something went wrong" error!

  • They have confusing billing system, activated on 28th and now says recharge will happen on 12th May. No customer service to call or chat.

    • +1

Hello. They have 4 billing systems in a month. in fact you always get a few days free when you activate. Am not too sure the reason for your negative vote but please note that we are just re-sellers for BELONG

    • What's the neg for?

You're actually doing well out of it. You're getting 14 days 'free' usage until the billing cycle starts. Not only that, any remaining 'free' data you received on activation will roll over on the billing date when you'll get another month's worth of data.

      • They have no proper customer service, can't call or chat with them, u will be stuck with delayed email conversations

        • So what's the actual problem? Is your service working?

          • @tranter: It took 2 days to port my number, initially they said i entered wrong information, later got resolved via email. But took 2 days because of email conversations

            • @hopper: We can understand your frustration however we are just resellers for BELONG and hence cant understand why our deal has been negatively voted upon however we respect your decision. If you feel our deal isn't good enough then we apologise and accept your negative vote

        • I received a reply within 2 hours, late on a Saturday night!

  • price Increase?

    • Hello. At this stage we have approval to sell for $15.99 however we constantly try to negotiate deals and if things work out in the future then we may be able to offer for $15 But we don't have any approvals at this stage.
The more sims we sell the better we are in a position to negotiate

  • How long does customer support take to get back to you? I emailed customer support a few days ago regarding the $11 Telstra Sim cards you ran on 2/5 as I still haven't received my order.

    • Hello. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Please personal message us your order number and we will look into it asap for you.

    • Hello. All orders are shipped within 3 business days. It take 6 to 9 working days for delivery via Australia Post.
We are based in Perth in Western Australia

  • It is postpaid service with payment in advance, shouldn't tag it as prepaid plan
